The data collected in the booking form (name, email, WhatsApp and preferred location) is used exclusively to start the consultation booking process with Sara Pica.

This form does not collect clinical information, medical history or detailed health data.

Retention

Booking requests are kept for 12 months from the submission date, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting Sara Pica directly. Deletion requests are handled within 30 days after identity verification.

Data sharing

Data is not shared with third parties, except the technical providers strictly necessary to operate the form (hosting and database).
